What is Pillar?

Pillar is an all-in-one platform for Greek life. Chapters use it to manage recruitment, events, dues, service hours, compliance, communications, and safety. PNMs use it to browse chapters, attend events, and go through rush.

When does Pillar launch?

Pillar is currently in development and launching Fall 2026. Join our waitlist on the homepage to be notified when we go live.

Which schools will Pillar support?

We're starting at large state schools (SEC, Big Ten) and expanding from there. If you want Pillar at your campus, reach out and let us know.

Is Pillar affiliated with my fraternity, sorority, or university?

No. Pillar is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any university, national fraternal organization, or governing council. References to chapters, councils, or schools are for identification only.

Is Pillar free for PNMs?

Yes. PNMs can browse chapters, RSVP to events, go through formal recruitment rounds, and use all social and safety features at no cost.

What can I do as a PNM?

As a PNM on Pillar, you can:

  • Browse and learn about chapters at your school
  • View event calendars and RSVP to rush events
  • Check in to events with QR codes
  • Track Panhellenic round schedules and results
  • Take private notes about each chapter
  • Chat with members and other PNMs
  • Access safety features like SOS, check-in timers, and trusted circles

What does Pillar offer chapters?

Pillar replaces the patchwork of apps and spreadsheets your exec board juggles. It includes:

  • Recruitment CRM: Pipeline tracking, rankings, tags, analytics, bid matching
  • Events: Create events, manage RSVPs, QR check-ins
  • Dues: Track payments and outstanding balances
  • Service hours: Log and verify community service
  • Compliance: Track chapter compliance requirements
  • Communications: Group chats, announcements, photo sharing
  • Points & leaderboards: Track member engagement
  • Safety tools: SOS alerts, check-in timers, trusted circles for every member
How do I get my chapter on Pillar?

4Safety Features

What safety features does Pillar include?

Every Pillar user has access to built-in safety tools:

  • SOS: One-tap alert that sends your GPS location to your trusted contacts via SMS
  • Check-In Timer: Set a timer. If you don't check in before it expires, your trusted circle gets notified automatically
  • Trusted Circle: A group of contacts (friends, family, roommates) who receive your safety alerts
  • Fake Call: Simulates an incoming phone call so you have an excuse to leave
  • Location Sharing: Share your live location with trusted contacts
  • Campus Resources: Quick access to campus police, counseling, health center, and crisis hotlines
Who can see my safety data?

Only the contacts you add to your Trusted Circle receive safety alerts. Pillar does not share your location or safety data with chapters, admins, or other users. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Are Pillar safety features a replacement for 911?

No. Pillar's safety tools are supplementary and do not replace emergency services. In a life-threatening emergency, always call 911 (or your local emergency number) first. Pillar does not guarantee message delivery, location accuracy, or that anyone in your Trusted Circle will respond.

Do I need consent before adding someone to my Trusted Circle?

Yes. By adding a phone number, you confirm that the person has consented to receive safety alert SMS from Pillar on your behalf. Recipients can reply STOP to opt out at any time.

5Account & Privacy

How do I delete my account?

Once Pillar launches, you can delete your account from Profile > Settings > Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data. If you need help before then, email contact@pillargreek.com.

How does Pillar handle my data?

We take privacy seriously. Your data is stored securely with row-level security and is never sold to third parties. Read our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for the full details.

Does Pillar sell my personal information?

No. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Service providers (like our database, SMS, and push providers) only process data on our behalf to operate the app.

How do I exercise my privacy rights (CCPA, GDPR, etc.)?

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data. Email contact@pillargreek.com from the address on your account and we'll handle the request.

What is the minimum age to use Pillar?

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create a Pillar account. The Service is not directed to children under 13.

Can I report content or another user?

Yes. Use the in-app report option on a profile, post, or message, or email contact@pillargreek.com. We review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts that violate our Terms.

How do I report a bug, security issue, or copyright concern?

Email contact@pillargreek.com with the details. For DMCA / copyright complaints, include the information described in Section 13 of our Terms of Service.
